General Guideline for Refund and Return Policy
To provide the best customer satisfaction, we begin preparing your order immediately, once the order is prepared, we do NOT accept cancellations under any circumstances. Due to COVID-19 Pandemic, Global food shortage, and high Gas price had increased all of our cost of Goods.
Food Order Error: WALK – IN / CALL – IN ORDERS:
If you receive food that is different from your receipt, please contact us immediately to remake or refund. Please return the items to the restaurant immediately in its original, untampered container so we can replace it with the correct item. If 25%or more of the food has been consumed or removed, we cannot issue any discount, refund/exchange or store credit.
To better serve you and resolve your issue immediately, please return the incorrect items to our restaurant within 3 hours of the time of purchase. Any orders returned after 3-hour period will not be considered for refunds.
For Delivery orders: Wrong order/ Incomplete Order:
If you receive food that is different from your receipt please contact your third party delivery company for a full or partial refund.
Re-delivery: If you wish for a re delivery, you must contact your third party delivery company and place a new order. They will only send a new driver only if there is a new order in the system.
You may also pick up the missed item immediately at the restaurant after notifying us.
Pick-Up Items:
We are not responsible for the damage of any food items once the order is picked up by the customer and leave our store.
Please Note: We strive to prepare and package our take out items to preserve the high quality of all our food. Keep in mind, the temperature, sauce, and consistency of some items may vary slightly after being packaged.
Food Dissatisfaction:
Our dishes are freshly made per order using only the finest and freshest ingredients. Refund are not accepted for food items that a customer does not like. We are more than happy to refund or remake any item for any mistake made by our restaurant.
If you order the food incorrectly, we are not responsible for your mistakes. Please take the time to review your order before and after ordering to prevent costly mistakes.
